1. “I purchased the report but didn’t receive it.”
Your report should appear instantly after checkout. If it didn’t load:
- Refresh the page
- Check your email (if you entered one)
- Contact us and we’ll resend it
2. Payment Issues
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. If your card was declined:
- Try another card
- Check your bank’s security settings
- Try again in a few minutes
3. Refunds
Since our reports are digital and delivered instantly, we **do not offer refunds**. However, if you didn’t receive your content due to a technical issue, we’ll fix it for you.
4. Data & Privacy Requests
To request data deletion, data access, or account info updates, email us at support@toxic-checker.xyz.
