Your report should appear instantly after checkout. If it didn’t load:

  • Refresh the page
  • Check your email (if you entered one)
  • Contact us and we’ll resend it

2. Payment Issues

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. If your card was declined:

  • Try another card
  • Check your bank’s security settings
  • Try again in a few minutes

3. Refunds

Since our reports are digital and delivered instantly, we **do not offer refunds**. However, if you didn’t receive your content due to a technical issue, we’ll fix it for you.

4. Data & Privacy Requests
